Dear clients, vendors, staff and all affiliates,
As a result of the recent Choice point fiasco, all information vendors have made the decision no longer to provide complete social security numbers. We will only be able to report the first six digits of any subject's social security number. This is an across-the-board policy change mandated by the information providers and we have no authority or ability to change this new policy.
We at Delve use much more than a social security number or other computer data to conduct our investigations. Many of our competitors are data dependent, but we at Delve use human intelligence to complement raw data and we feel that this will have little impact on our ability to provide ongoing excellent results and accurate information.
We have been in compliance with all rules and regulations during the course of our existence, and we respect the ideology of personal privacy. We will continue to use other information to identify our subjects and we will use highly trained and experienced personnel to develop the necessary information to help you make intelligent business decisions.
Our credo is that Human Intelligence supersedes data in all cases and we will not let this change effect our ability to be the best and most comprehensive investigative agency, serving insurance companies, attorneys, and businesses with appropriate need for information.
